Hi, Nick here just wanted to give my own opinion on losing weight, health and muscles. First of all if someone wants to lose weight in my opinion i would say that he should not concentrate on weights and stuff only concentrate on fat loss. I recommend that after you stop with the weight loss program then you should concentrate on muscles. Here you will see results faster and better.
